The original idea for this show was to have Dr. Hector Avalos come on as a part of our series on the historicity of Jesus. While that topic was covered in this episode, the conversation shifted to a discussion about slavery in the Bible and Dr. Avalos’ latest project concerning that very topic. With that in mind, instead of making this episode part 3 in our series, we opted to make it part 2½.
